We are using data captured from the App Market stores and they are saved only for functional purposes. We do not sell your information.

User ID, Session IDs, Meeting Role, Product Usage,
Participant Profile & Contact Information.

How do we track user activity?

We're temporarily tracking some user activity to enhance user experience and optimize our services. Learn what we're using:

Last Login Timestamp:
We record the timestamp of a user’s last login. This information helps us understand user engagement patterns and identify inactive accounts.

Feature Usage:
We keep track of which features users interact with. This includes actions like adjusting text features, the home button, or the play button.

Session Duration and Frequency:
We measure how long users spend on our platform during each session. Tracking session frequency (daily, weekly, monthly) helps us gauge user loyalty and identify power users.

User Flow Analysis:
We map out the typical user journey within our application.By analyzing user flows, we can optimize navigation, reduce friction, and enhance the overall user experience. Remember, our goal is to provide a seamless and personalized experience while respecting user privacy.

Where are scripts saved?

Teleprompter app prioritize user privacy. Therefore, we store no uploaded or pasted scripts on our platform.

What is the data flow of the Teleprompter?

When you get our app from the marketplace we take the data from your account on a proprietary video-telephony software. Once the application is installed, the PitchHub Accounting System will verify that your license is purchased. If not, the user is redirected to the Stripe Payment Gateway and we then store your user ID and email for the sole purpose of verifying your license.

User activity information such as Last Login, and Features Clicked is stored while using your application. This is done using Twillio Segment, and Google Analytics and then stored on Hubspot.
